What forms of payment do you accept?
You are able to pay by internet banking, credit card or cash on delivery. We do not have eftpos facilities.
What size bins do you have?
3 m3, 4.5 m3, 6 m3 and 9 m3 bins. 1 m3 = one car trailer load. All bin sizes can be used for general waste. The 3 m3 bin can be used for hard-fill/cleanfill such as soil, concrete, bricks, stone, tiles, clay, and rocks.
How long can I have the bin?
Our standard casual hire is up to 5 days including the delivery and removal days. Additional day hire can be arranged for $10/day.
What time do you deliver?
We do deliveries and removals Mon-fri from 7:00am-4:00pm and can be anytime between those hours unless arranged prior.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Cambridge and Hamilton and service most surrounding ares. The limits of our areas extend to Te Kauwhata, Matamata, Tokoroa, Te Kuiti, Kawhia and Raglan.
Do you do WINZ quotes?
Yes we do! Reach out if you need one.
What kind of access do you need?
For truck access we require 3.0m in width and 3.0m in height.
What is not allowed in the bin?
We are not able to accept any form of hazardous waste, for example chemicals, waste oil, paint, tyres, asbestos, bulk food waste, flammables or bulk glass. If you have booked a clean fill or hardfill bin, there is to be no general waste mixed in, otherwise weight limits apply. Please ring us if you have any questions.
Where can you put the bins?
The skip bins take up the size of a carpark, we can put it anywhere we can access with a gantry truck, the bin comes directly off the back of the truck. The only places we cannot put the bin are on the road, covering public footpaths or over fences.
How high can I fill the bin?
For legal and health & safety reasons our drivers are not able to collect bins that are overloaded or insecurely loaded, we must be able to transport the full bin safely.
Do you have excess weight charges on your bins?
Yes we do on general waste bins. Excess weight charges apply if the bin or skip is overloaded, or exceeds our weight inclusions for the size.
How do I know if my bin is going to be over weight?
Our weight inclusions are quite generous, you typically won't usually go over them for general household waste. Dense materials like concrete, dirt, bricks and tiles are the typical items that will cause the bin to go overweight. When we remove the bin it is weighed at the transfer station, if it is over the weight inclusions we will send you a copy of the weigh-bridge docket.
What if it rains?
The bins have holes at the bottom of the bins, so water will drain out. The weather doesn't affect our delivery and removal dates.

What can I put in my general waste bin?
General household waste that can be compacted, no grass or hazardous goods please.
What can I put in my organic waste bin?
Anything that can compost, i.e grass, vege scraps, cuttings. Please no flax, cabbage trees, bags, palm kernel, bamboo or weed mat.
What if I want an extra collection?
Please call into the office and we'll add you to the next available run.
What time do I need to have my bin out by?
7:00am on your collection day or if you'd prefer to put it out the night before.
What if I put my bin out on the wrong date?
If the driver is going past and sees your bin they will collect it, assuming you want an extra collection.
How do I pay?
We offer two different payment options, monthly invoicing in arrears or a prepaid 6 monthly invoice.
I noticed a crack in my bin, what do I do?
Reach out to us and we can arrange to replace the bin for you.
I'm moving house, what do I do with my bin?
Reach out and let us know, we can organise a final collection for you or if you are moving to an address we service then please take the bin with you and update your details with us.
